- 1 / 5By Dman 96So the quality and service has deteriorated over the last few months. Today my food arrived cold, and i was charged a dollar for marinara sauce that they did not bring. Instead of 1 ranch and 3 marinaras i receive 3 ranches. I personally don't use Ranch for cheezy bread. My cheesy bread is now stale and cold, go figure. I call them to attempt to get a refund for the 1.00 charge, they advise they can't partially refund. So i ask for my 2 marinara sauces, it's been over 30 minutes, still have not heard back. Save yourself the grief and just order from Pizza Hut if you live around Justin. Very disappointing..November 07, 2016
